Can’t read sad

The last 24 hours have been trying for a variety of reasons. 

I can’t even conjure up a decent thing to say other than that I’m around trying to get a handle on my mental state. 

I keep coaching myself to be positive but that isn’t really working. I keep thinking a hug and some quality time would help but that’s not looking likely. Work and my confusing love life offer no comfort. 

Everything looks bad when you’re feeling low and it’s impossible to talk through the anxiety, racing thoughts, and general uneasiness. 

I don’t feel good or sexy. Sad is not sexy

  1. I don’t want to like this post, but just want you to know that I understand. I am sorry you are going through such a hard time. I wish there were something more I could do, but saying I send you hugs and hope this sadness soon passes is about all I can do.
    Hang in there. Write about it, sometimes putting words on things help. Doesn’t matter whether you post it here or keep it for yourself…

  2. Do little steps… Take a walk. You’d be surprised how much a short walk, sunshine and fresh air can help
    I know. I have dealt with depression my whole life.

    Other than that… Just do little things to pamper yourself. Try to remember that this is a moment not a lifetime
